Job Responsibility:
Conduct material synthesis and characterization of nano-structured oxides, metal and metal alloy materials for application in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), environmental catalysis and functional materials
Propose and implement new ideas to improve synthetic processes to obtain desired material properties as required for specific applications
Prepare technical reports and communicate with other researchers within Client via teleconferences, TV meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Engineering
Qualification:
Strong hands-on skill in the synthesis of inorganic materials via both solid-state synthesis and wet chemistry
Previous publications and patents on subjects relevant to material synthesis
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prefer additional research experiences on electrochemistry & catalysis
