Are you an experienced electrical engineer with demonstrated leadership experience? Technical proficiencies required include strong capabilities in PCB schematic/layout using ECAD tools and embedded software maintenance and development. As the Electrical Engineering Supervisor reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be a working leader supervising a team of Electrical Engineers to deliver innovative improvements to our products, as well as supporting daily production and quality/service needs. Through teamwork and self-driven practices, you will be involved in the design and development of hardware and firmware solutions supporting various technology updates with the growth and advancement of the Amigo Mobility product lines in mind. Please review the position’s responsibilities and qualifications below to determine whether you are a good fit: Job Duties: Lead the Electrical Engineering team through individual mentorship, group leadership, and application of project and technical expertise Technical and professional development Project assignment, prioritization, and management of daily issue resolution Develop new processes and tools to improve productivity and impact Contribute as a working leader to technical development and support of solutions, including: Design PCB solutions and perform hardware layout and testing Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for mobility systems Ensure electrical compliance with regulating bodies Review and establish electrical testing procedures Work closely with suppliers to understand and improve current electronic components
