Key activities include developing and releasing transmission calibrations for automatic transmission applications, performing hands-on in-vehicle calibration development work, supporting test trips to verify proper transmission operation across operating conditions and other assigned powertrain development activities. This position will work with in-vehicle test instrumentation, ETAS-INCA calibration tools and mathematical analysis tools such as Matlab to meet objectives.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university•Previous automotive experience or an advanced degree, academic research, or a previous internship/co-op in a related field•Matlab/Simulink experience•Desire to perform in-vehicle testing, development, and analysis•Excellent written and Oral communication skills•MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications:•Prior calibration experience (University SAE experience is acceptable)Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
