Preferred Qualifications

  • Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provide for individual growth

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to work well with people at all levels

  • Ability to read and understand CAD, and part specifications

  • Two (2) years’ experience in the Quality field

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for all new hires in all positions

  • Post high school or secondary education in quality or related technical field preferred

  • 2 years of practical experience in engineering, quality or a related field

  • 2 or more years of Quality Engineer experience

Job Summary

Xenith is looking for an Inventory Analyst. This team member is on our Xenith Operations team. The Inventory Analyst assists the team to execute on all our production operations goals inside of the production facility. They utilize their communication and teamwork skill sets to meet production requirements and improve processes every day. They work closely with all production personnel and technical and quality support team members as needed.


  • Visit customer location to investigate customer issues; document findings of investigation at customer plant

  • Verify corrective action of customer complaints

  • Maintain and update control plans

  • Help develop and improve ISP procedures and work instructions for process control, corrective and preventive action, statistical techniques and control of non-conforming product

  • Coordinate parts for lab testing

  • Ensure the capability studies are performed and interpreted

  • Control Process Failure Mode Effects (PFMEA)

  • Interface with customer/suppliers as needed

  • Travel as needed

  • Handle advanced product quality planning (APQP)

  • Be responsible for safety and accident prevention

  • Adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices, such as utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards

  • Comply with all procedures and work instructions relating to your job

  • Perform all other functions as required, including any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of work within the Xenith production facility

  • Work overtime as required
