Technical linkage between customer location and remote TE sites/liliSupport development, testing, evaluation of TE products within customer applications/li/ulbruProject Management:/uulliInterface between the TE Engineering design team and the customer to ensure that both sides understand the requirements and have all needed information available/liliCoordination and early involvement of and on-time communication with all involved TE internal departments (account manager, engineering, production, project management, marketing, etc.)/liliEnsure on time customer delivery of all information, including samples and supporting design and product verification activities/liliProvide regular project status updates to the involved parties, especially the Account Manager/liliCustomer Relationship and Support:/liliContinuously caring for a good trusting relationship between the customer and TE/liliStay in permanent contact with the customer and report project status and feedback/liliAttend project meetings and conduct regular customer calls and presentations/liliDo problem solving and assessing technical complaints/liliSupport quality teams in solving problems with TE products with on-site evaluation and detailed discussion with customers/liliProvide technical consultancy and advice/liliDevelop product design requirements with tie off with customers and TE teams/li/uluKey Goals Objectives:/uulliNew Project Pipeline identification and conversion/liliNew Product Stream development, implementation in current and new platforms/liliDrive Extraordinary Customer Experience - Exceed customer expectations/liliTeaming with other Field Engineers, Development Engineers and Product Managers to drive content per unit/li/ul/div/divdivdivfont class="bold"What your background should look like:/font/divdivulliMust have at minimum a bachelor's of engineering degree- electronics / electrical with mechanical aptitude preferred/liliMinimum one to three years professional level engineering experience or present technical proven interest and capabilities/liliMust have demonstrated successful understanding and some level of experience in project management/liliUnderstanding of Core Business Acumen/liliPrevious experience in technical sales desired and/or Appliance industry experience/liliDevelop a deep and broad knowledge of the Tyco Electronics' technology and product por
