Technical Managers have extensive technical engineering experience, and have completed more complex, demanding or larger-value projects of various types. Technical Engineers act as technical experts for a specific discipline to insure all related construction activities are performed in accordance with accepted professional standards. They work to solve complex technical field-related problems, and manage the equipment startup and commissioning process (V-Start).
