Our growing company has an immediate opening for a Heating & Cooling Technician to join our HVAC Service & Maintenance Department.

The right candidate will be driven and have great attention to detail. They need to have a thorough understanding of HVAC equipment and be willing to learn even more. They will be well organized and customer-focused. The Heating & Cooling Technician will be expected to conduct themselves with professionalism both on and off the job site.

The Big Task

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential customer’s HVAC equipment.

Key Sub-Tasks

  • Perform standardized maintenance on HVAC equipment

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend repairs as needed

  • Understand Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) equipment and its benefits to homeowners

  • Meet or exceed personal / department goals

  • Assist senior techs when needed to learn, grow, and expand your pool of knowledge

  • Understand and pitch our maintenance plan

  • Clearly communicate processes/expectations with customers

  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers

  • Provide all customers with a 5-star experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  • Uphold, support, and engage in our purpose and core values

  • Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 90+

Desired Skills & Experience

If you can accomplish the objectives and tasks above, then you’ve got what it takes. Realistically, you must be EPA Universal Certified. You must have a valid driver's license, been driving for at least five years, and be able to pass a background check and drug test. A CDL and a Plumbing License are a plus.
