Electrical Engineer (WD300613347)Functional Objectives:•This position is for a specific area of the lithium ion battery manufacturing process. The desired candidate is an Electrical Engineer with the proven ability to provide technical leadership, work autonomously, and provide support to the operations team. Must have a strong focus on process and quality. The scope of the position covers the following: (1) Electrical Engineering, (2) Data Collection and Analysis, (3) Process Flow, (4) Working Capital Management, (5) Testing, (6) Robotics.Specific Duties:•Supports the development and roll-out of Best Business Practices Continuous Improvement opportunities in manufacturing operations.•Executes timely and accurate preparation of required business case documents.•Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.•Develop manufacturing process techniques, and equipment to improve productivity.•Provide engineering assistance in problem solving activities.•Utilize Project management, equipment maintenance, and engineering projects ensuring customer expectations and KPI expectations are exceeded.•Oversee equipment installation, modifications and design.•Assess scrap control process through problem solving techniques and data collection.•Has scheduled meetings with plant operations personnel to review project progress and identification of future projects.•Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.•Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
