Provide services or equipment necessary to maintain HVAC and energy management systems in routine or emergency situations to all Haworth facilities. Perform extensive troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, including on plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC equipment. Work with outside contractors and vendors on quotes, service issues, and installations. Ensure duties are completed adhering to company and government-mandated safety guidelines and regulations./span/span/div/divdivdivfont class="bold"Do you have these required qualifications?/font/divdivullispanspanHigh school diploma or GED/span/span/lilispanspan5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience and a State of Michigan contractor's certification level 4 (Refrigeration) in heating/cooling OR 10 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience and a State of Michigan contractor's certification in heating/cooling (any level)/span/span/lilispanspanMust hold Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification to perform refrigerant recovery/span/span/lilispanspanExperience troubleshooting HVAC equipment, including related electrical and plumbing systems/span/span/lilispanspanAbility to climbs ladders and or machinery, stoop, crouch, twist, kneel, crawl, and walk to access repair area, while carrying or moving tools and repair parts, including overhead and floor to waist lifting of materials weighing over 50 pounds/span/span/lilispanspanMust be able and maintain ability to legally drive in State of Michigan/span/span/lilispanspanMust be able to obtain and maintain licenses and training for Industrial Powered Fork Trucks, Aerial Lift and Fall Protection, Overhead Crane, Lock-Out Tag-Out, Electrical Safety, and Confined Space Entry/span/span/lilispanspanCurrent and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship/span/span/lilispanspanAbility to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance/span/span/li/ul/div/divdivdivfont class="bold"Do you have these preferred qualifications?/font/divdiv ullispanspanBuilding Management System (BMS) experience/span/span/lilispanspanState of Michigan contractor's certification levels 2
