•Mechanical root cause analysis and problem solving
•Analyzes product, process and technology to determine the best methods of manufacture
•Assists in the design and building of tools and equipment or recommends improvements to existing processes
•Assists maintenance personnel in operation and maintenance of specialized equipment
•Troubleshoots special maintenance and equipment problems
•Coordinates machinery upgrade projects
•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
•Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
•Preferred graduation date: Spring 2021, Fall 2021
•Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week
•Demonstrated leadership in field of study, extracurricular activities or service organizations
•Able to work independently and with a team
•Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors. Models GM behaviors and creates a winning culture
•Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
