Job Description:

Within the Braking Business Unit, a student will be an integral part of a skilled engineering team working directly on various assignments that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating. Job assignments will be placed in the following area:

  • Slip-Control Systems Applications and Product Development

  • Foundation Brakes Applications and Product Development

  • Braking Actuation Applications

  • Braking Electronics

Core Duties (may include not limited to)

  • Prepare and support prototype deliveries

  • Support ESC module development and validation testing

  • Co-develop equipment to support module testing

  • Analyze failed ESC modules and provide a detailed failure analysis report

  • Assist in the development and release of design documentation

  • Provide help in the selection of components to meet new module requirements

  • Aid in selecting and validating new EE components as existing parts are discontinued

MUST BE U.S CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT TO BE CONSIDERED

Required Education and Experience

Must be currently pursuing a 4-year college degree

Experience and Skill Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

A student must possess strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills, must be computer literate utilizing data spreadsheets, word processing and have the ability to learn and use custom software, must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills and must display personal maturity and a high level of professionalism.
