About You

You’re not afraid to research solutions when you don’t know the answer. Training comes naturally to you, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and know-how with others.

Day in the Life

After grabbing your favorite morning beverage, you:

  • Head to your office, start up your computer, and review the day’s schedule

  • Work on training items for the site (you’ll be our resident expert!). This means you will:

  • Create and maintain a database to monitor training status and deadlines

  • Plan, assign, organize and/or lead training sessions

  • Work with compliance specialists to track training

  • Order any necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for our teams

  • Identify job site hazards, assist with pre-task planning, and formulate solutions with the team

  • Visit our existing field locations and ensure compliance with site specific safety requirements including:

  • Identification of job site hazards

  • Assistance with pre-task planning

  • Execution of post-incident reviews

  • Assist with implementing field safety programs for new accounts

  • Provide sound recommendations to keep our sites safe

  • Develop and implement corrective actions

What you need to apply

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS in related field preferred, i.e. Environmental Safety, Industrial Hygiene)

  • Moderate computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office Suite)

  • 1-3 years of related experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred

  • Comfortable with traveling 50% of the time.

  • Familiarity with environmental, transportation, and safety regulations

  • Willing to wear a respirator and/or PPE as needed

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
