We excel with innovative methods and best practices supporting the worldrsquo;s best customers.Key Responsibilities:What you will be able to drive! ulliStrategic development of electrification business segment initiatives/liliLeadership in design and development of HV Batteries and Electric Vehicle application/liliUse technical knowledge and experience in evaluating customer requests for quote (RFQs) relative to high voltage applications/liliAssume electrical engineering responsibility for all product development phases, including quoting, prototypes, testing, validation, and release to production./liliProvide innovative ideas for improving product performance, manufacturing efficiencies, and cost./liliPrepare and design files to support customers requirements on high voltage system componentry for hybrid and/or electric vehicle technologies./liliInterpret customer specifications to define requirements for program scope of work/liliAdhere to corporate procedures and processes./liliPerform hardware integration and support systems hardware / software integration./liliProvide complete program development documentation relative to product verification/liliWrite product and test specifications./liliProvide sustaining engineering on existing products supporting manufacturing and test departments./liliDesign tests to verify functionality equipment and design be utilized in the manufacturing process/liliCreate, support, and update DFMEAs and DVPRs as required/li/ulRequirements:ulliMinimum of 3 years work experience in automotive electrification design, manufacturing, testing/lili2+ year of experience with battery controls, management, battery pack assembly and Integration/liliMinimum of 3 yearsrsquo; experience in the design of power conversion equipment or related equivalent experience and/or training/liliExperience designing high voltage power supplies./liliProven track record of delivering project specific deliverables including direct experience with components, batteries, and electric motor function/liliKnowledge of high voltage automotive systems and electric and/or hybrid electric vehicle systems/liliExperience with power electronics component design/liliExperience with schematic design and board layout/liliProven effective communication with program team and customer r
