Prepares and analyzes daily work schedule to optimize equipment availability and manpower usages; recommends appropriate modifications. Publishes daily work schedules and monitors progress. Computerized scheduling and management performance analysis./liliDevelops and maintains plans/schedules, resource requirements and applicable management tools necessary in preparation for planned outages and daily scheduling. Takes action necessary to assist in implementation of plans./liliObtains progress, trends, and scope information from the appropriate organizations and analyzes for major deviations./liliInvestigate technical problems, evaluate data collected, determine problem causes and provide recommendations for problem resolution./liliMay provide work direction for Schedulers and lower level engineers and/or technicians./liliPrepares various management level reports and schedule analyses./liliUtilizes creativity and initiative to develop, perform, and implement special assignments./liliMakes recommendations to organizations regarding preferred planning and scheduling cost/engineering techniques and methods./liliMust work shifts and overtime as needed.
