Program Management and execution of the product development team's validation activities of automotive electronic modules and systems.
Individuals in this position are responsible for coordinating Test and Validation team activities with those of the product development team.
Negotiation of testing requirements with the customer to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
Work directly with the Test Equipment Development group team members to deliver Design Verification and Process Validation test systems to meet all customer requirements.
Development and driving of group-level program schedules to ensure on time delivery of work products.
Coordinate the development of validation cost estimates and manage to cost targets.
Tracking of validation costs and leading efforts to steer against variances from the plan.
Work with other validation engineers on the proper scheduling and utilization of both internal and external testing resources.
Development of test instructions and test reports for all validations.
Maintenance of open issues lists.
1 + years experience with product validation and/or program management.
Proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good customer interface and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
