Job Description

  • This position is an integral part of the customer team for the delivering the next generation of cameras at Bosch.

  • The position will lead the development of electrical hardware related to automotive vision systems including, but not limited to, back-up cameras, surround view cameras, mirror replacement cameras and forward view stereo cameras.

  • The position will lead the team of HW engineers and interface with the project manager and system team, providing planning of deliverables and directing the HW team to meet these deliverables.

  • Provide technical mentorship and oversite for HW team members.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience designing automotive electronic hardware.

  • 3+ years experience leading technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • As a truly global company the ability to work within a multi-national, multi-discipline team is a must.

  • Experience with the delivery of analog & digital circuit, Power Electronics, Microcontrollers, Power supply & drivers design.

  • Experience in Automotive domain, module design, functional safety standard - ISO 26262 & FMEA/FMDA is added advantage.

  • Knowledge of HW testing, debugging & test report preparation.

  • Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN.

  • Good knowledge wof EMI/EMC analysis & testing

  • Knowledge of Simulation tools like Pspice, LTspice etc.

  • Good know how of automotive hardware lifecycle and its quality process

  • Good Team Player and should have strong analytical, and logical skills

  • Hands-on experience in product verification and validation tests.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to Travel (estimated at 10-15%)
