Driver assistance systems and functions based on radar and video sensor technology such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Predictive Collision Warning and Lane Keeping Support.

CC-DA/EHW1-NA is responsible for RF Integration, Hardware PCMs, and interface to our customers for all hardware related topics including hardware integration, testing, bracket design, plant alignment, and plant localization support.

Job Description

The Radar Hardware team is offering an intern position for RF lab activities and upgrades. This position offers the ability to work remotely with occasional, on-demand in-office / on-site work.

  • Upgrade and improve existing Matlab scripts and tools

  • Develop new scripts and tools within our lab

  • Support the team with RF integration measurements and evaluations

  • Internship will start either December 2020 or January 2021



  • Ability to work independently and self-organized.

  • Good communication skills to allow working remotely.

  • Good team work spirit to foster relationships in a remote working environment.

  • Basic knowledge in Matlab or other programming / scripting language (i.e Python).

  • Academic understanding of control theory.

  • Basic understanding of electronic design and circuits.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university

  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed

  • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age


  • Experienced in Matlab. Understanding of complex scripts.

  • Experienced in electronic design and controls.

  • Mechanical understanding and hands-on.
