The system engineer will lead the requirements elicitation and clarification activities with the customer. Further, the system engineer will oversee all aspects of the development project - system architecture, cyber security, feature development and integration for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements clarification with customer

  • Responsible for system architecture

  • Manage system requirements in DOORS or similar RQM tools

  • Interface to all internal development teams (SW, HW, mechanical)

  • Coordinate and track activities with local and offshore development teams

  • Change and defect management

  • Manage cyber security activities for project/product


Required Qualification-

  • BS in Engineering/Computer Science discipline

  • 3+ years of work experience in an engineering environment


  • Masters Degree in Engineering

  • 5+ years of system engineering experience in automotive (or related) industry

  • Knowledgeable in wireless technology like BLE and UWB

  • Cyber security experience

  • Previous customer facing role

  • Experienced with DOORS and ALM tool chains

  • Collaboration skills

  • Proven organized and efficient handling of complex requirements

  • Experienced in working in large, complex and global projects/teams

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
