DENSO International America, Inc. Electrical Engineer in Southfield, Michigan
Support the design of various body electronics components and systems (for example: Body Control Module, Memory Seat Module, Passive Entry Passive Start, and Bluetooth Low Energy).
Design achieved through the use of various types of circuit analysis, DFMEA and design for manufacturability.
Must analyze and adhere to customer and internal specifications and requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
Other responsibilities include simulations and evaluations, environmental/durability testing, and investigation and responding to quality issues
Support customer satisfaction and smooth development / launch of products within area of responsibility.
Job Requirements (Minimum):
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and visually with engineers of other disciplines.
Ability to negotiate design and testing requirements with the customer while working closely with DENSO design & manufacturing teams globally
Ability to work with, communicate, and collaborate with a global/multi-cultural team
Strong professional aptitude
Proactive to find resolution, or seek support, when issues arise.
Should be organized and possess time management skills supporting the ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Ability to take direction and run with it, without micromanagement
Desire and ability to continue learning new skills and roles in the industry
Familiarity with DFMEA
Familiarity with circuit design and worst case analysis, ideally in automotive applications
