Assembles machinery control panels, wiresmachines and installs control components per documents and instructions. Theemployee must adhere to all safety procedures./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Work with and takedirection from Manufacturing Controls Supervisor with regard to job timing andscheduling. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Work with various controlsengineering departments in development of control circuitrsquo;s designs as may berequired./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Work with Servicedepartment as required, during installation and startup of programs in customerplants and provide on-site training as required for Customer MaintenancePersonnel. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Participate in correctiveaction teams as may be required to improve controls applications directedtowards reducing Manufacturing Costs./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Participate in varioustraining programs associated with new technologies as they apply to productlines. /spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Attend all line up meetingswith customers, engineers and control supervisors./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Plan installations to avoidobstructions and to avoid interfering with activities of the other workers./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Be aware of customerspecifications./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Inspect all electricalrelated assemblies delivered to and leaving the manufacturing plant to maintainquality./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Provide Technical supportand work hands on in the installation of new equipment./spanspan style="font-family: Arial;"Troubleshoot, design, andrepair special electrical circuits./spans
