Job Title: Mechanical Engineer, Level 3

  • Reports to: Mechanical Engineering Manager

  • Responsibilities:

  • Present to customers and employees within the organization.

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external vendors.

  • Develop and fully design equipment, layouts, and subassemblies.

  • Ensure that equipment is designed to customer and/or JR Automation build specifications using standard techniques and approach.

  • Take project assignment and direction from Mechanical Engineering Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering and 3+ years? mechanical design experience. Or, an Associates Degree (Preferably Mechanical Engineering) and 5+ years? design experience.

  • Proven experience putting together comprehensive design packages.

  • 3+ years working experience with 3D CAD software, Pro-E/Creo, Solidworks preferred.
