We are currently seeking Development Engineers to join our dynamic team in our Troy, MI as part of the Vehicle Component Company.

The successful candidate will be working on infotainment products such as Radio, Telematics, Cluster, Wireless Charger, Rear Seat Infotainment system, and Displays.

Responsibilities :

  • AM FM (Radio Tuning) -HD radio / XM Sirius radio reception

  • This position involves working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, managing and owning the product design for automotive products, and continuing to work on new product development.

  • Coordinate and attend AM/FM tuning meetings with customer or solution suppliers.

  • Support to get tuning approval.

  • Perform tuning, testing, and validation AM/FM tuning

  • In-vehicle measurements, log collection, issue triage, analysis, and reporting

  • Analysis of measurement results, creation of measurement reports, documentation on issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • An Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or having similar knowledge base is required

  • Vehicle AM/FM Tuning experience

  • Knowledge of OEM process and requirements and Automotive electronics

  • At least 2 years experience at Automotive field

  • DSP knowledge

  • Digital Signal process knowledge and Tuner development

  • Vehicle noise experience

  • XM Sirius and radio development

  • Bluetooth software development

  • Android auto car play software development

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Firmware software development experience are preferred.

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time. (out of state and office)

  • Should support late call to discuss urgent issue to team in Korea, possible to work at holiday if urgently required

  • Automotive Multimedia and Telematics experience are preferred

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time. (out of state and office)

  • Bilingual is preferred (English and Korean)
