The VC Company also develops electric compressors for automotive applications, e-traction motors for individual and integrated systems such as drive units and power electronics providing a total solution to meet specific market needs.uResponsiblities:/u ulliDevelop new technology in the area of electric powertrain components and systems (e.g. Inverter, OBCM, Traction Motor, Battery Pack, Electric Compressor) and lead cooperation with laboratories in universities for e-PT advanced development projects/liliProvide technical expertise to e-PT development engineer in resolving technical issues and proposing appropriate countermeasure plans/liliResearch state-of-the-art technology and solution for e-PT components and systems (e.g. Inverter, OBCM, Traction Motor, Battery Pack, Electric Compressor)/liliLead advanced e-PT projects with laboratories in universities/liliDevelop technology road map for the respective e-PT components and systems/liliDevelop advanced technology development process and integration into production projects/liliWork with automotive OEMs in advanced e-PT projects/liliCo-work with HQ product engineering center in the respective e-PT projects/liliCoordinate and facilitate all activities for advanced engineering project’s stream of work/liliWeekly project development report/liliTechnical review with HQ or automotive OEMs product engineers including area of intellectual property /liliDetailed design output and report including simulation, analysis (incl. worst case analysis) and verification test results/liliDesign guidance, test procedure and standardized development process documentation/liliPrototype sample with performance results versus the target of the respective project/li/uluRequirements:/uulliRequire Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with +7 years of working experiences in the high voltage components for HEV,PHEV and EV/liliRequire Masters degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with +12 years of worki
