Aerotek Design Release Engineer (DRE) - Bumper/Fascia/Grill/Trim in Warren, Michigan

Description:

This position is to support future programs as a design release engineer. The purpose of this position is to take a part or group of parts thru the entire product development life cycle from design thru production and warranty to ensure that quality, timeline and development milestones are reached.

Parts for this position involve bumpers, fascia's grills and exterior trim components and are focused on, but not limited to plastic and chrome parts.

This position requires a high amount of program management skills and the ability to drive change with other parts of the organization.

Travel for these positions are generally 10% overnight travel or less.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 year or more experience with bumpers/fascia/grill or exterior trim preferred.

Manager will consider candidates with other body related components.

Bachelor Degree in engineering (not technology) is required.
